Pin sites

It's been a funny old few days. Ross has been mostly ok until bedtime. Once he's in bed he can't get comfortable and it seems to hurt more. One night he was in my bed and last night C slept in J's bedroom so I slept in with Ross.

I cleaned his pin sites last night and the one on the top of his foot next to his little toe is showing signs of the cheese wire effect. It's also sore and quite red around the edges so I'm going to get someone to check that out today incase he has an infection. I suspect it's only that way because the pin is slicing into his skin but it won't hurt to have it looked at and I have to go to the ward today anyway to pick up some more dressings so I won't be making a special trip.

I'm tired.
